Check-in and check-out times are not published, and nor is a room count. Food and drink come from The Hyde Bar and The Knightsbridge Lounge, with breakfast served in The Trianon. Room service is offered and there is a gym; there is no pool, and the hotel publishes nothing either way about a spa. A limited number of accessible rooms exists in each room type, some with a roll-in shower, so request one when booking.
