The two things that are processed

Server logs kept by the host

The server that delivers these pages writes a line for each request: your IP address, the time, the page asked for, your browser's user-agent string and, if your browser passes it on, the page you came from. These logs are used only to keep the site secure and to find faults. The legal basis is legitimate interests: running a site that works and is not being abused. The logs are not used to build a profile of you and are not combined with any other information.

Emails you choose to send

If you write to us, we receive your email address, your name if you give it, and whatever the message contains. It is used only to answer you and, where you report a change at a venue, to check and correct the page. Emails are kept only as long as that takes, and never longer than 24 months. The legal basis is again legitimate interests: replying to someone who has written to us.

What the site leaves out on purpose

• No cookies, and nothing written to your browser's local or session storage.
• No analytics or visitor-counting tools.
• No advertising scripts, tracking pixels or social media buttons.
• No fonts fetched from third-party servers.
• No forms, accounts or newsletters. Email is the only way to send us anything.

"Near me" stays on your device

Some pages can sort the stays by straight-line distance from where you are. This works only if you allow your browser to share its location when it asks. The distance is calculated on your device, and your position is never sent to us or to anyone else. If you say no, the rest of the page carries on as normal.

Click identifiers from advertisements

If you arrive from an advertisement, the platform that showed it may add a click identifier to the web address. Nothing on this site reads that identifier, and we do not store it or pass it on.

What you can ask for under UK GDPR

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation you can ask us to:

• give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you (access);
• correct anything inaccurate (rectification);
• delete it (erasure);
• limit how we use it while a question about it is settled (restriction);
• stop using it where we rely on legitimate interests (objection).

Send a request to concierge@lobbytothetables.com or by post to the address above. In practice, the only personal data we are likely to hold about you is an email you sent us.

If you are unhappy with how your information has been handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, the UK regulator for data protection. We would welcome the chance to put things right first.

When this notice changes

This notice was last reviewed on 20 September 2026. If what we process ever changes, the notice will be revised before the change takes effect and will carry the new date.
